The referee he was complaining about was the notorious CRAIG JOUBERT.
Just eighteen months ago, not a peep was heard from Williams after he and his All Black team-mates had been effectively gifted the World Cup not by a bad luck call, but by Joubert's defiant refusal to penalize their flagrant repeated fouling of a superior Tricolors team.
This time, though, after Joubert had actually done what he is always supposed to do, and refereed a match honestly, Williams is whining and bitching about not a systematic refusal to do his job, as happened to Williams' benefit in the RWC final, but one marginal decision.
As the French fan would say: quelle hypocrisie.
As New Zealand observers of this tiresome streak of self-involvement would say: fucking idiot.
