Julian Savea's wife has accused his Toulon teammates of not knowing how to pass and has roasted the standard of French rugby in a series of passionate tweets.
Fatima Savea posted four tweets - including one criticising the match referee - after Toulon tumbled 37-10 to Stade Francais.
The Rugby Rama website, which featured the tweets, said Fatima Savea appeared "anxiously annoyed by the mediocre performance" of the Toulon team against Stade in Paris on Sunday (Monday NZ time).
She said: "When you can see the frustration on your husband's face... I swear this team doesn't know how to pass".

Then she too aim at the French Top 14 competition - in its fourth round of the season.
"Rugby on this side of the world is very behind. I feel Julian's pain out there on the field."

The Stade Francais game wasn't the happiest for Julian Savea. He was yellow carded for a scuffle with Stade flanker Sekou Macalou in the 70th minute of Toulon's comprehensive defeat.
Macalou's brother invaded the field to confront Toulon players after the incident.
The match officials, who included French test referee Mathieu Raynal, copped a Savea serve.

She also expressed general bemusement.
Fatima Savea is no stranger to using social media to defend her husband.
She fired off a tweet in June after Julian was involved in an onfield spat with Highlanders and All Blacks flanker Liam Squire, who hit the Hurricanes wing with a late shoulder charge and then aimed a swinging arm in his direction, prompting Savea to throw a punch.
Fatima Savea took to Twitter to say:" Liam must've really irritated Julian for him to get that pissed off lol. In my 5yrs of knowing Julian, I've never seen him throw a punch at anyone!".
She did, however, suggest her husband was "Saved by the Camerman" after match officials failed to find any television footage of the punch. Squire was also cleared to play for the All Blacks by the citings commissioner.
Julian and Fatima Savea have been married since 2015 and had a baby daughter in 2017.
The 28-year-old wing - who won the Rugby World Cup with the All Blacks in 2015 and the Super Rugby title with the Hurricanes in 2016 - left for Toulon this winter after 46 tries in 54 test appearances.
