    There is nothing that angers me more about than young girls that come out here for an adventure and go home as remains. Every year almost. Actually some American girl was in Chch a matter of days and was found dead a month or so ago. Just imagine the families grief, Mr Millane must be shattered. The only significant NZ public figure to ever openly/honestly speak out about this was Bob Jones, calling it a disgrace, he was right. This really angers me and some of you can remember far more incidences than I can.

        A shit load of tourists have no respect for mother nature and end up washed down rivers, off mountainsides etc not to mention the roads .

      Two Brits on average die every DAY for one reason or another in Thailand.
      Obviously a lot are natural causes, but for a lot the police write off as ‘suicide’, because it’s the easy way out for them, and a lot are unresolved murders.
      I’m not trying to play down this terrible death in Auckland, but NZ is not the hell hole of the Pacific for young tourists.
