One New Zealand radio presenter was practically bursting with rage at the performance of his country's rugby team on Saturday.
In the aftermath of Ireland's epic victory over the All Blacks on Saturday, we brought you thehumble reaction from the New Zealand press to the defeat. Understandably, however, a few Kiwis were royally pissed off.
None more so than radio host Mark Watson, who chairs a nightly show called Sports Talk for Radio Sport in New Zealand. Last night he took aim at seemingly everything about Steve Hansen's side.
We know that losing is always hard to take - just look back to Ireland's heartbreak in 2013 against the All Blacks. But Watson was absolutely furious. Weirdly, he is now certain about the Lions tour of New Zealand next summer. There's no point even turning up:
A lot of people will look at this and think 'The British and Irish Lions is going to be one hell of a series'. Wrong. The worst thing for Warren Gatland happened with that win by the Irish. They will get hammered here because of it'.
We know that it was a bad defeat, but the presenter seems to have forgotten that it's not the Irish Lions, it's the British and Irish Lions. New Zealand's sevens side were knocked out of the Rio Olympics at the quarter final stage by Fiji in the summer and that still ''irks'' the radio host.
The fact that we were so piss poor at the Olympic Games and we sacrificed the series against Wales. This is as bad an All Blacks season as 1998 when we lost five in a row or 2007 when we went out in the quarter finals (of the World Cup)
Sacrificing must mean something completely different in the Southern hemisphere. New Zealand won that series 3-0.
He then goes on to surmise that Northern hemisphere rugby isn't all that strong. The defeat at the weekend is a ''black mark'' for Kieran Read and Hansen.  He confidently predicts that Ireland will be ''blown off the park'' by the All Blacks in two weeks time.
Just like we were supposed to on Saturday?
