Who are those racist "other broadcasters" Holmes refers to? (Sept. 26, 2003)

In what some people might see as a wandery, self-justifying exercise
in unctuousness, that self-styled beacon of tolerance Paul Holmes
referred to "other  broadcasters" who, unlike him, are racists.

"So much racism is coded," he said, virtuously.  "You hear it in other
broadcasters.   I know the codes. I have never gone there either.   I
have never been part of that. I have never judged people on how or
where they were born.  I celebrate difference and I look for
similarities in people."

So who ARE these louts who, unlike the enlightened and tolerant Paul
Holmes, fail to "celebrate difference and look for similarities in
people"?   Just who ARE these intolerant pieces of scum who, unlike
Paul Holmes, are only too happy to indulge in "coded", and even overt,
racism?

Here are a few to go on with....

1.)  Murray Deaker ("these Polynesian BOOFHEADS are dumbing down New
Zealand rugby");

2.)  Martin Devlin;

3.)  Andrew ("Slobber") Saveloy;

4.)  Graham Hill (much blather about "field niggers" being "naturally
fast");

5.)  Ian Wishart  (virulent Zionist, implacably anti-Palestinian);

6.)  Larry Williams (virulent Zionist);

7.)  Leighton Smith (regularly sneers at Maori culture, imitates Maori
accent demeaningly);

8.)  Bill Ralston;

9.)  Danny Watson;

10.)  Paul ("I celebrate difference") Holmes.  SORRY!!!!!  Bad
mistake.  Holmes is not a racist.  Holmes is "a good man".

Make sure you get THAT right, guys.  Paul Holmes is NOT A RACIST.

no, not at all, this is a list of right wing people you hate... you will need to learn the difference between people you hate, and racists.

I would argue that giving one ethnic group an
advantage over another would be racist... say for
instance affirmative action, such as the kind
practiced here.
