Yes it does. There is a difference between the link text as displayed on the page - http prefix

and that of the page you're taken to when you click on the text link - prefix https.
An http page is by definition, not the secure http protocol - https!
If you move your cursor (without clicking) over the http link in the text, you should see the URL given as https. This is down to Boardhost's parser.
I've removed the entire http prefix in the example below. Boardhost isn't processing it as an URL and thus leaves it alone, so it's not clickable. If you copy it into your browser, it will direct you to the correct page: normanfinkelstein.com/2019/12/09/news-flash-british-daily-mail-reveals-that-corbyn-named-his-poodle-auschwitz-news-flash-simon-wiesenthal-center-traces-corbyns-dna-back-to-hitlers-bunker-news-flash-jewish-chronicle-r/
