On a comparatively trivial level, this is why I have such utter contempt for 'double first' Baddiel and his like; their intelligence must dictate that they are aware that what they are saying is untrue and, given the sensitive subject matter, not only untrue, but deeply unpleasant, yet they carry on unabashed. What positive conclusions can one come to? I can't see any.

Yes it does. There is a difference between the link text as displayed on the page - http prefix Posted by sashimi on December 10, 2019, 11:22 pm, in reply to "How many more times! An http page is by definition, not the secure http protocol - https! If you move your cursor (without clicking) over the http link in the text, you should see the URL given as https. This is down to Boardhost's parser. I've removed the entire http prefix in the example below. Boardhost isn't processing it as an URL and thus leaves it alone, so it's not clickable.
