A few associates of mine have suggested that a live performance
theatre-cum-protest against the present government be staged at a few
venues during the forthcoming election campaign.

You've already got a way to protest.
If you don't like them just don't vote for them.

Orton comes round to Chez Breen occasionally. Do you have a problem

Will you be joining the protest, Geopelia? You could "bone" our friend
Liberty. Or if that is not what you want, perhaps you could hold up
one of the banners.

Scooter has a problem with just about everything.
He is so paranoid about the white coats calling. He spends 24/7 clued
to his surveillance system.
Living alone in the dark that does it.
Needs fresh air and sunlight.

What are they supposed to be protesting about? Anything specific? Foreshore
and seabed?
and seabed?
There isn't much that would induce me to join a protest. I'd have to take
Hubby in the wheelchair, and we couldn't move quickly enough if the police
decided to charge.

On the other hand, if it ended in a riot and looting started, the wheelchair
might come in handy for the loot. :-)
